A small crack and some moisture is all it needs for nature to take advantage, buddleia is becoming a problem here especially along railway lines where it damages brickwork.

i love living in the pacific northwest where one has the problem of having too much grow, as opposed to when i lived in arizona and had to beg things to grow.

indeed - i could have a tree farm right in the middle of my city street. (but honestly i can't keep up with all the seedlings, we have them everywhere.
