Das Matterhorn vom Riffelsee. Sorry, es ist kein Zaun zu sehen! Aber trotzdem HFF ! :-) Der Riffelsee ist ein kleiner, (4’500 m²) abflussloser Bergsee auf einer Höhe von 2'750 m.ü.M. oberhalb von Zermatt am Fuss des Riffelhorns im Kanton Wallis. Besucht wird er oft wegen seines idealen Standorts, um solche Spiegelungsbilder vom Matterhorn (4'478 m) zu machen, dessen Spitze in etwa 8 km Distanz von hier liegt.
