Die Kapelle Notre-Dame-du-Haut von Ronchamp hat einen asymmetrischen Grundriss von etwa 30 auf 40 Meter. Der französisch-schweizerische Architekt und Maler Le Corbusier konstruierte eine kombinierte Aussen- und Innenkirche. Im Innenraum bietet die Wallfahrtskapelle 200 Menschen Platz. An der Ostseite (hier rechts im Bild) befindet sich ein Freiluftaltar für Gottesdienste mit bis zu 1'200 Personen.
