Ich denke, die wurde umgepustet.
Alltagsradler Teltow has replied to polytropos clubWenn es dann eine exponiert stehende Fichte erwischt hatte ohne dass Brandspuren auffielen, dann sprachen die alten Leute von einem „kalten Schlag". Die passierten wenn der Blitz auf seinem Weg genug Wasser vorfand. Die Zerstörungen stammten dann von dem explosionsartig entstandenen Wasserdampf.

Boarischa Krautmo club has replied to Alltagsradler TeltowBeim Blitzschlag sind die Teile in einem weiteren Bereich verteilt. Die Wasserdampf-Explosion, die du richtig beschriebst, führt dazu, daß Holzsplitter (und die können durchaus 25+ kg haben) in einem weiteren Bereich verstreut sind.
Das Bild oben sihet mir eher danach aus, daß die Baumkone etwas asymmetrisch war und deshalb bei starkem Wind Dreh- und Druckeffekte sich überlagert haben und dann zu dem Aufsplittern des Stammes, aber ohne "Explosion" führten.
