Tremblement de Fer - Southover Grange Gardens - Lewes - 23.7.2014

I didn't notice an inscription with the sculptor's name on it. I am planning to go back without the grandchildren, who were enthusiastic and well-behaved on our trip around Lewes' historical sites, but distractions nevertheless. So I will check it and see if I can find an attribution.
