Supermoon rising over the Jurassic Coast

The bright object bearing 4 o'clock from the Moon is not a star, planet nor the ISS but was rising at a rate of approx. 1 deg/min. Doesn't seem to correspond to any known iridium flare or satellite pass, either. The Moon is at 070 deg., Alt. +3.0 deg. Time: 20:34:00 BST.
