This "house" floats in Folkestone Harbour in Kent, England. I think it was originally pink when it was made in 2017 but has faded over time. It was one of six made by the artist Richard Woods and placed around the town. They aren't real but were made to draw attention to the housing problems in the area. There are various articles on the interwebnetthingy about the project. The "house" has broken free of its moorings a couple of times but has never escaped to France which lies just over the horizon ... yet.
This one's an interview in 2017: www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2017/aug/20/richard-woods-holiday-home-folkestone-triennial-interview
(Sorry I can never remember how to make it a nice neat fancy link. Blame Oldtimer's Disease.)
