In the undergrowth at Bickershaw, once a coal mine, the site of a music festival in 1972, now a nature reserve. Converted in Silver Efex, Panasonic G9 and 14mm f2.5

Ecobird, Boro, Nouchetdu38 have particularly liked this photo

A very likeable picture here that at first glance looks like an Infra-red shot. Yes, a nice feeling to this. Well done.

Much appreciated Herb thanks , it does have an IR feel to it but it was all seeds/fluff/feathers caught in the branches , it almost looked like snow in fact , I've never seen anything quite like it

Much nicer as a nature reserve than hosting a music festival!!! It looks so lovely and natural and peaceful Richard. Some things do improve with time!! Well captured

Best wishes Carol

As long as its left alone Carol , theres been a lot of damage done by motorbikes and quads even 4wd vehicles tearing it up. Thankfully thats dropped off somewhat now and its relatively peaceful now
