Beverley Minster fence

Beverley Minster fence
Built on the site of the old monastery, the original minster dates back to medieval times but has suffered fire, neglect and near destruction. The last major reconstruction was completed in 1731. After it's demotion from collegiate church during the dissolution of the monasteries it became one of the largest parish churches in the UK and is larger than many cathedrals. It complements its fence quite well!!

HFF to one and all, have a great w/e!

It seems to be a huge minster, you should put a photo of it as a note... HFF Maggs.

It really looks a big sized church -big enough to make difficult taking a photo of the whole building!

You're right Dimas. I've added a note which is the closest I could manage to the whole church. Unlike cathedral sites this one is very small with many trees getting in the way!
