In Shrewsbury there have been quitge a few bicyucles thrown in the River Severn, along with supermarket trolleys. I think the debris id cleared out by volunteers, and we have oftgen seen whole bikes of the riverside footpath. I don't understand the mentality of folks who dump rubbish into the river.

Dear Amelia, I’m delighted to read your comment. I completely agree with you. I think people like that are simply too lazy to take their rubbish to the right place.
But of course there are other stories too: I’ve even seen e-scooters in the river...
