Maispoularde

Maispoularde
Eine richtig leckere Maispoularde, gefüllt mit Paprika, Hackfleisch und einigen Kräutern (bspw. einige Zweige Thymian und einige Zweige Rosmarin).
War schön saftig und auch ziemlich lecker. Aber ich glaube, ich brauche das kein weiteres Mal, der Geschmack nach Mais war mir doch etwas zu deutlich, als das ich noch was vom eigentlichen Fleischgeschmack schmecken konnte.
