Das ist immer schade,wie du es schreibst,das diese Pflanzen mehr Unkraut sind,sie sind aber sehr schöne Blüten mit ihren Farben lieber Keith,ich finde diese Pflanze aber auch sehr schön,wie du sie mit ihren Blüten zeigst,ein paar kannst du dir immer behalten für schöne Aufnahmen,weil sie such sehr schöne Motive sind,deine Darstellung ist wieder vom Feinsten :))

There are plenty more still growing in the garden, but you have to pull some of them up before they go to seed, otherwise they'll spread too much.

The compost is sad. You're right to add colour!

Putting these in the compost is essential before they go to seed, otherwise they'll quickly spread all over the garden. There are still a few left, but we have to keep an eye on them.

I've often wondered who decided what is a flower and what is a weed. Many weeds look beautiful as you have proven here. Great shot and I agree with others that the background makes the photo.

My favourite description of what a weed is................is that it's simply a plant that is growing where you don't want it to grow.

We do have the occasional poultry eating kind of fox visiting our garden. It gets in, even though I have 6ft high fences all around..!! I only know it's been there from the fox poo left on the grass, which our dog (when it was alive) used to love rolling in..!!
