Thank you Roger...............glad you like them. Yes, the PiP is outstanding isn't it? I have loads more images from the street art festival to show yet, but only a couple of week, as I don't want to bore anyone :-))

You ain't going to bore me! These need recording and sharing. They won't last that long and yet they are as good as gallery and personal collection images, which people would expect to last for ever. Banksy's stuff is clever, but it is usually monochrome and doesn't seem to need the same effort to put on the wall as some of these. It's the message and the contrived mystery that gives his work the eye-catching appeal and attracts the silly money. I hope these artists are able to benefit from their talent - perhaps by commissions or in other more 'portable' media.

Some of these artists are becoming quite mainstream now, taking commissioned work and also selling work via their own websites. A lot of galleries now invite street artists to show their work too. If I can, I always give the artist's name and website details.

I quite agree Wilhelm..........and I hope they will remain intact for a long time.........but it is in the nature of street art not to last very long and I expect it will be painted over and replaced with another piece in due course.
