Celandine

This was taken in my garden. I have a love/hate relationshiep with Celandine, which has colonised my garden. I really like the bright yellow flowers and they're a handy early source of pollen for bees etc but they're almost impossible to eradicate from areas of the garden (e.g. the lawn) where you don't want them.

Luckily they only have a short season and they'll disappear in a month or so......but to misquote Arnold Schwarzenegger, "they'll be back".................
