Large White Butterfly on Thistle

I have a biscuit tin with butterflies and their names on Keith, and the times I open it, I should really know butterfly names by heart, but I think you are right!
You have captured the detail very well and I love the thistle, which is my favourite colour.

A terrific capture and lovely colour to the thistle Keith I like excellent detail especially as you were using a teleconverter which often reduces the quality, Sorry I'm no help with the Id which is sad considering I grew up in a rural area.
