Moss

Moss
I decided to have a wander round my back garden this morning. It's a bit of a bog out there, because of all the rain we've had, but it's still warm for the time of year and I found quite a bit worth taking photos of. This moss is growing on the roof of my old shed.

Gudrun, Christel Ehretsmann, Jean-luc Drouin, Karl Hartwig Schütz and 24 other people have particularly liked this photo

Your own little micro-climate Keith! Amazing what can be found in the garden when you have a close look....even this time of year!! An excellent shot.

There is always something to point your camera at Keith, it is seeing it and having the imagination to turn it into a viewable picture, A quality I sadly lack. You have done a good job here just the same.

J'ai passé deux jours a enlever les mousses de ma toiture. ( Dur dur pour mes articulations) Voilà que cette photo me fait culpabiliser. J'ai détruit un monde merveilleux.Amitiés. Jean Paul

Thanks Christel. It was lucky that this piece of the roof was only just above eye level.

Thank you. Sadly it's all gone now. The roof of the shed it was on turned out to be compressed asbestos, so it had to be demolished and cleared away!
