Flicker in a snow storm
We've had a lot of snow fall in the past few weeks, and had another fifty or sixty cm overnight and today. The family of three or four Northern flickers has been a steady sight in our back yard. This afternoon, after I shovelled off the back gallery (for fear it might collapse), and refilled the peanut dish, this one showed up in a couple of minutes.
