No I don't know what they are, Gracie - all I know is that I grew it from seed (or should I say "pip"?) I threw the almost finished apple core onto the ground behind the flower bed, and suddenly there was the tree!!!! The apples used to be small and bitter, but now they've grown into beautiful eating apples
