They are called "Cape Gooseberries" make excellent Jam. There is a single Red berry in each, some people call them "Chinese lanterns" because they become red later.

You gave a better clue by saying the black seed pods may be from a plant that looks like Cow Parsley, did a re-ckeck and found the most likely is "Golpar or Persian Hogweed" used as spice in Iran, one of many similar and related plants to the "Giant Hogweed" (Toxic) Sheep eat it gladly, but it is very unpleasant if you get juice from it on your skin especially in sunny weather, it could also be Common Hogweed, non toxic but seed pods differ a bit.
