Quando tem 300 anos é porque estão partidos e ainda não reparados, se não há partidos não se sabe o que é porém não sendo da Ford nem GM, há dúvidas, claro!
Não penso que todos e mais alguns sejam tão razoáveis porém como diz o velho ditado: quem cá as faz cá as paga. Eu quando não sei a lingua, pergunto, fui mal habituado.

It is exactly (they are) what you say but the place is so old it is very expensive/difficult to keep all of them ship shape and cover the thefts that go on during the night all over that big area.
It is a pity but over here we were never an exemple of very good management.
