Thanks, but alas I wasn't worrying for nothing, because my PSA is now on a firmly upward trajectory (any hope that the previous reading was a mere fluctuation or measurement error has been dashed). But as yet it's still very low and there's no need to alter my plans for at least the next 3 months.

Thanks. Deo volente I'm going to India next month, and was considering some other trips, but those may now be shelved.
