I don't understand - did they cover up valuable parking space with these buildings?

First row of many with no allowance for guest parking.

Well no parking on the street and doesn't look to be parking close by, at least from this angle. Are these townhouses occupied Norm? Guess parking is a universal problem these days. Our little town has a problem with delivery or service trucks, as our streets are narrow and parking places fill up quickly leaving no parking for them. They will often block private driveways and garages to make a quick stop with can be frustrating, as their stops are never "quick".

No parking on the street here ... they think everyone rides the bus! Suddenly the parking space in front of my house is the prime spot for the new folks in the townhouses. They are almost all filled up. About half the block will be filled with these things!
