Very interesting image Norm & like Paul said ... look like an ancient burial site being unearthed......But I really don't know the history of this site is ?

Across the street from the site was a Civil War POW camp. And it appears to have had a Victorian age well and sewer connection, but was filled in prior to a dry cleaners being built there in the late 1800s. The lot has been vacant for the last 80 years.
