It has been a long time since I bought a hot dog off a street vendor, but it would have taken 50 nickels back then and I'm guessing it's double that now!

Yes ... actually the slight blurring of the nickles and fruit is the machine in operation. I really wasn't happy with the photo, but I ran out of nickles! :-)

Do you use this to determine who does the dishes?

I've never been able to get the girls to do the dishes. I suppose the lack of an opposable thumb has a lot to do with it! Just as well ... they leave collie hair all over everything they come in contact with! :-)

lol now that is just plain fabulous ... Norm ... love this but I'm sure I would be trying to find a spot for it other than the kitchen. :) Sounds like you have no other choice as to where to put it. ... thanks for sharing this great oldie but goodie. :)

Thanks Chris! Small house problems! It's a heavy beast and it's up high enough in the kitchen the grand kids can't reach it yet. I'd actually rather sell it, but the offers haven't been worth it yet.
