This building is the former Cole Motor Car Company showroom. It has been converted to more space for the Marion County jail.

I don't believe I ever heard of the Cole Motor Car Company before. Thanks for sharing this and helping to preserve history! I think things like this are important.

I think before it was converted to jail space it held a plumbing supply company. A friend of mine use to work there as a boy and there was still a couple of Cole cars in the basement then. I think I've only seen a Cole at a car show once and the other time was a car in the Indianapolis Speedway Museum.
