Cameras are prohibited there, but yet you can use a camera phone! That's not fair to all us users of cameras only. The items are quite amazing, though.

Man sollte solche Verbote insbesondere an Sehenswürdigkeiten abschaffen.

Making a difference between cameras would not hold up in court. Collecting information and expressing opinions and facts are deeply rooted in the law so forbidding that is unlawful. However, to publish photos (and may be exploiting them commercially) is different matter.
