The Sunday Challenge (1. november `15):
SHADOWS ONLY

This year we were lucky to have a fabulous "Indian summer" ... sun, warmth, and a lot of wonderful colored trees. Good conditions for getting a simple shadow shot - I thought ....
So I tried and played a lot with shadows of all kinds.
In the end I was not lucky with all this shadow-on-the wall- pics ...they looked sooooo boring.
But today morning, I just passed a little forest lake by car, .... suddenly I got it:
all this trees, mirroring in the water, are .... shadows only. Or ?

Yes, you're right, Wierd, - I was not sure ..... but HERE the sun came from BEHIND
(made this overexposed touch) ... it's a reflection, but a shadow too .....

Doch:
inwiefern Reflektionen/Spiegelungen grundsätzlich bzw. im Einzelfall auch Schatten sind/sein können. Hier kam tatsächlich das Licht VON HINTEN, so daß ich nicht mal sagen kann, WAS hier den optischen Effekt auf dem Wasser ausmacht .... Spiegelung und/oder Schatten. Jedenfalls isses total überbelichtet, um wenigstens diesen Fakt als solchen mal festzuhalten.
