I Me Mine

Back on April 12th, 2013, I had a serious reaction to an antibiotic I was prescribed and had to get to a hospital quickly. I was there for two days and on the second day, I had my girlfriend at the time bring one of my guitars to play because I was getting bored. Here's Les, a member of our church, and myself posing with another happy kid who just got her free lunch from our church, the First Baptist Church. Her grandfather was with her, so he took this picture for me, using my camera. Taken on July 19th, 2022, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR. Our church passes out 120 bag lunches each day since the kids are on summer vacation from school and don't get the free school lunches. But, they have to eat, so we step up and help feed them.

Back in 1997, my brother and I attended a Star Trek Convention held in Cape Girardeau, Missouri between July 25th and 27th at the Holiday Inn there. This is a screen capture from the videotape I recorded of the event. This particular sequence was taken by my brother because that's me in the open doorway of room 149. My brother and I were staying in the room to the right, room 151. But, the party was next door to us. You can't see my eyes because I've got my Wayfarers on.

Being a graphic artist, I did this "self portrait" a few years back just for fun. On the computer monitor to my left, you can see a character out of the cartoon "Futurama," named Dr. Zoidberg.

This is me using my little squirt gun disguised as a camera.

This was me at the Shawnee National Forest back in November 4th, 2020. I was shooting with about 7 different cameras that day, so I asked a tourist couple if they would use one of them and take a picture of me with Camel Rock in the distance. This particular park area is called Garden Of The Gods.
