Homemade Sourdough Bread

Here is a loaf of sourdough bread I made back on September 24th, 2013. It involves making a starter and keeping it going in your refrigerator by "feeding" it. Some people keep their starter going for years.

Somehow, this picture made it to Explore! I don't know how that happened.

Oh, and I got some sourdough starter started up again. I'm going to bake some more of this kind of bread when the starter's ready.
