I Don't Friggin' Believe It

I Don't Friggin' Believe It
I don't friggin' believe it!!! Illinois, (which is the state I live in), is the only state in the entire United States in which Skrill, (which is what Ipernity uses to take payments), isn't licensed to do business. They cover the world, but just not the Illinois part of it. Can you friggin' believe that!?

Well, I guess that's that.

Goodbye.

Well, to take it from a credit card, you have to have a Skrill account. Which, I couldn't get because they don't do business in Illinois. (It is the absolute only state or possession in the United States that Skrill doesn't deal with. They even allow customers from Washington, D.C. to open Skrill accounts.) I have been in contact with Ipernity for the last 5 days and they say the only thing I can do is either open up a PayPal account, which I don't want to do, or send them a wire transfer, which will cost me more than the fee to join Ipernity. (Plus, the 2 years for 1 year special they're running right now would not apply to wire transfers.)

I finally broke down and got a debit card because online retailers don't seem to want to take cash or a check. I am NOT going to get a PayPal account because now retailers such as Ipernity don't want to take my debit card. That just ain't happening.

There are no alternatives for me.

Whaaaat! =O How that can be possible?! =( Damn!

But actually I also was forced to use PayPal, if I recall right. I don't actually remember the reason for that.

But you do have one more otption ;-) Some kind Ipernity friend can give you a gift.
