no not blue... if that guess is right I guess I am a monkeys uncle!

There are two of them ... left and right turn signal ... Monkey's Uncle! :-)

Okay, I'll say what they are. Norm is close, these do go in the tail lights. They're blue dot tail lights, an old Fifties customizer's trick. When they're mounted in the middle of the brake lights (right in front of the bulb), and you hit the brakes at night, the blue of these dots mingle with the red of the tail lights and give off a cool purplish glow.

I hadn't seen that, but they look just like the turn signal lights on my old Chevy truck.
