Rollei 16 Downtown
This is the first time I've gotten to use my subminiature Rollei 16 16mm camera. I cut down some Kodak Tri-X to fit in the camera, and although I didn't have it cut precisely or aligned correctly, I did get a very usable image to see how it performs. I suppose that when they said technology had left it behind and there are much better cameras and film formats available, they were right. James Bond might find it usable in his line of work, though.
Camera: Rollei 16 16mm subminiature camera (Produced 1963-1967)
Lens: Carl Zeiss Tessar 25mm, f/2.8
Film: Kodak Tri-X 400 ISO black and white 35mm film (Cut down to 16mm)
Aperture: F/22
Exposure length: Approx. 1/30th sec.
Date: October 19th, 2010, 3:12 p.m.
