.......Baumschwämme haben immer was Interessantes,sie schauen toll aus,ich habe müssen auch erst recherieren,was diese Tropfen sind...


In Trockenzeiten fragt man sich, woher manche Baumschwämme überschüssiges Wasser hernehmen, das sie als Guttationstropfen ausscheiden. Die Erklärung ist so einfach wie nachvollziehbar: über die Baumwurzeln haben sie Kontakt zu tieferen wasserführenden Bodenschichten........

Such a great find Güni...........I think this is what I know as a Bracket Fungus..........and they can do great damage to a tree.

Nevertheless, it's a fascinating looking fungus..........with lovely colours. You've captured the colours and the detail of the fungus and the oozing water droplets just brilliantly.
