Spurtles
The darker wood items are (modern) spurtles. I rather like the one shaped like a cricket bat :-)

The spurtle is a wooden Scottish kitchen tool, dating from the 15th century, that is used to stir porridge, soups, stews, and broths.

Thanks Stephan. Yes, a décor indoor "fake" plant. When we sold our last house, the real estate agent insisted we have a few, to bring the outdoors in... Low maintenance, and no watering :-)

Wonderful array of tools just recognizable as it's been a while since I last had to use them!!! I live in a very old house (Georgian era), so it wasn't all the difficult in sorting it out for their dog.
