Yes, although I have searched in vain for the author of the painting but have not found him yet. Hi and thanks.

Glorious painting. I'm so jealous that you have access to such works of art without having to travel to a different country. I've been to northern Italy only once, but hope to return some day.

The lens you use seems very useful. I think it is a hard thiing to get such an image so well composed, and I'm sure your lens helps. Well done!

Yes it is I really wish it for you, as I wish it for myself because not a day would go by that I would like to visit everything I can. Unfortunately so many other things prevent me from doing that. But not only in Italy, because great works, even of nature our planet is full of them and not everyone appreciates them unfortunately. As for the lens this is my favorite, because it ranges from wide-angle, although not pushed, to tele that allows to solve 90% of photographic cases. Since my camera has a sensor that is exactly half the size of the classic 35 mm format, in reality this lens behaves like a 24-200 mm excursion. Hi and thanks.

That is a great range for the lens. And you have a steady hand to take this photo at 1/8 - I can sometimes do that, but half the time it's blurry. I can do 1/15 without motion consistently (if I'm paying attention - ha).
