I love this simple but clever composition John. The shadows of the handle are quite lovely and I also like the colour and textures in the wood.

Thanks, Keith. The arcs are probably what attracted me. Luckily they decided to paint with a light colour. Usually these have darker paint which would make the shadows harder to see.

Those shadows are graceful scimitars. The painted wood still has some grain, which makes it interesting, but the handles are what one looks at. Or the holes in the wood. All well placed.
