Der Ginkgobaum im Schloßhof

Auf dem Schlosshof von Goseck befindet sich ein beachtlicher Ginkgobaum. Er wurde 1859 gepflanzt. Eigentlich in China zu Hause wurde Ginkgosamen um 1730 von Seefahrern nach Europa gebracht und hier vorwiegend als Zierbäume gepflanzt.
