Der öffentliche Bereich in der Elbphilharmonie ist die Plaza, die sich zwischen dem alten Unterbau des Kaiserspeichers und dem neuen Überbau des Konzerthauses befindet. Hier kan man in 30 Metern Höhe auf einem Außenrundgang um das gesamte Gebäude laufen. Eröffnet wurde die Plaza im November 2016. Als ich diesen wichtigen Toiletten-Hinweis auf der Glasfassade 9 Monate später fotografierte, haben schon über eine Million Besucher von hier aus Hamburg betrachtet.
