Das Wahrzeichen Teneriffas ist der Teide. Er ist ein Schichtvulkan der sich die Anhäufung von Schlacke aus verschiedenen Eruptionen gebildet hat. Schön zu sehen an den verschiedenen Farben. Rechts im Bild ist die Bergstation der Teleférico del Teide. Sie befindet sich in 3655m Höhe. Bis zum Gipfel sind es dann noch einmal 160 Höhenmeter.
