Great shot, Esther. I bet those samosas were delicious. I reckon food from places like this , where it's cooked before you're eyes, is safer than being prepared in a hotel kitchen where prepared for the masses, it can be hanging around for hours. I wouldn't hesitate!

I didn't try it. The floor on which it was being prepared, did not look all that clean.
