Our weather in the Rhine valley ist just like an oven now (thanks for reminding me with the fire in the background)! ;-)) We could make omelettes on the tile floor of the terrace or the balcony...solar powered omelettes ;-)

un feu de bois et des oeufs tout frais pondus!!!!! Je n'aurais jamais pensé trouvé une photo si intime de votre vie là sous nos yeux ébahis! Je réalise seulement maintenant que cela doit être un souvenir du Mont saint Michel où la mère Poulard avait son restaurant. Un haut lieu de la tradition française de la cuisine. Et son omelette soufflée.....

Ja, jetzt ein Omelett nehme ich gerne!

Our neighbor brings shades of brown eggs over when we run out .. in Florida, we have a friend who gifted us with eggs from her chickens - they were a light blue and light green.

Fresh eggs are the best and you have captured this perfectly.
