Genau so sehe ich es auch. Natürlich muss die zukünftige Nutzung den Umbau und Erhalt finanzieren. Und wo, wenn nicht da, sollte denn nicht auch das Potenzial dafür sein? Aber ich muss auch einräumen, dass ich nicht alle Umstände kenne, deshalb will ich nicht vorschnell urteilen.
