Vielen Dank Norbert! Wir waren 2003 schon einmal in Kühlungsborn, schon damals ist uns diese Villa aufgefallen, aber jetzt sieht sie noch viel schlimmer aus. Vermutlich hat jeder einzelne Akteur gute Gründe für deine Untätigkeit, aber in der summe ist es eben eine Schande.

Diese Villa hat wirklich eine unglaubliche Geschichte. Im Link steht, dass 2021 der Verkauf des Grundstücks an die Investoren genehmigt wurde, aber wie ich sehe (dein Foto stammt von Mai 2025) ist da noch nicht viel passiert... HFF Erhard.
