Genau - bei dem Thema werde ich sentimental. Selbst wenn es - wie in diesem Fall - Produkte des Wettbewerbs sind.

Da fällt mir dazu ein, dass ich während meiner Ausbildung in den Semesterferien bei SIE.... München Abteilung Signaltechnik als Praktikant tätig war (ein wenig E-Technik für den Maschinenbauer schadet ja nicht) Und da wurde des öfteren thematisiert, dass die Stadt München ihre gesamte Signaltechnik eben nicht bei SI... sondern beim Wettbewerb gekauft hat - welche Schmach!! :-)

The tracks are relatively new as the line opened just a few years ago. Signalling has been delivered by a competitior of my former company. Neither within the short time thyat I spent at this spot nor from the pics nor after searching the internet I am fully aware of the function of each of the modules. I think that there are track circuits (as I did not see any axle counters) and there are train stop magnets.
