It was a theatre in Hamburg that opened in 1891. The building had been neglected after a fire in 1975. There were attempts to make use of the building for cultural and social purposes but not succesful. There are arguments between the local gvernment and the owners about how to proceed, as a consequence not much of the building is still there.
