On the left is 45 year old Samuel Long who, from WDC has worked at District Transmission for 10 years. In the center, stands 39 year old WDC native Joesph Woodridge III who, as the son of Mr. Woodridge, has worked at District Transmission since he was a young boy. And on the right is 44 year old WDC resident Larkin Leonard who, as a mechanic, has worked at an auto shop, around the corner, on First Street for more than 25 years.
