This is Beckett. A little over a year and half ago we rescued her. She was only about 1 year old and living in the woods near a friends home. She was skinny and had parasites. A few vet visits and she was better and now very pretty and maybe a little too plump but aren't we all.

This must be a popular sunning spot. The last time I was there I captured a lioness laying on the same rock. This cheetah was relaxing but still very alert and aware of the safari truck going by. I'm not really happy with quality of this photo. The fact that he blended in so well with his surroundings not only fools predators but my camera as well. I had to make some adjustments after to try and bring him out.
