US 50 Spooner Summit trailhead (#1165)

Most of the USFS roads are open to snowmobiles in the winter, snow cover permitting--in fact they usually post a specific season. Wheeled vehicles are not permitted when snowmobiles are.
There are some places (e.g., Spooner State Park itself) where snowmobiles (and indeed any non-authorized motorized traffic) are banned.
