Phoenix Title and Trust (1972)

More of the detail on the top of the Phoenix Title and Trust building. It opened in 1931 and is one of the few remaining examples of Art Deco in downtown Phoenix. While the exterior is much as it was from the beginning, the interior has been reconfigured from being office space to being condominiums. The building is now called “Orpheum Lofts”.
