Mojave River, with actual water. The Mojave River primarily flows underground in most areas, appearing as a dry wash; Victorville is one of the few areas where a portion of if is on the surface. At the Rockfield / Route 66 Bridge over the Mojave River.

There's a shallowly buried sill in the bedrock that forces the water to the surface around Victorville. Used to hear about it on geology trips-- ;)
